Graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2010, Natalie has over 15 years of experience, including more than 7 years working as a Head of Department. Natalie has worked in public hospitals, aged care, and private practice across Melbourne, Perth, Tasmania, and Malaysia.

Women’s Health:

Natalie has spent many years working closely with Women’s Health Physiotherapists, gaining valuable experience. She is passionate about working with pregnant women to maintain their fitness; and to prepare and strengthen their bodies for the birthing process and caring for bubs after birth. Natalie’s skills extend to restoring pelvic floor function after pregnancy and childbirth – a critical process in women’s health!

Clinical Pilates and Exercise-Based Rehab:

Natalie has previously worked alongside industry-regarded pioneers of Clinical Pilates in Perth, and specialises in Clinical Pilates. Natalie uses Clinical Pilates principles in conjunction with physiotherapy knowledge, to develop individualised exercise programs to assist you in achieving your goals.  Natalie has a keen eye for detail and a large repertoire of exercises; no matter your fitness or pain level, Natalie will tailor your session to your ability and rehabilitation needs.

Natalie works on active recovery, using a blend of exercise, education, and hands on therapies.  Natalie’s well rounded experience in both Physiotherapy and Pilates has added to her understanding of the human
body, enabling her to create enjoyable and effective exercise programs for a range of ages and abilities.

Having spent over 7 years as a head of department in her previous work, Natalie is an experienced  and effective educator, and passes her professional knowledge on to her clients.  Natalie believes in educating clients so that they can optimise their health and avoid recurring issues in the future.

Leading an Active Lifestyle

Natalie loves playing volleyball, and in winter season, you’d find her on the ski slopes, snowboarding.   She also enjoys lifting weights, playing golf, darts, stand up paddle boarding, salsa dancing, and sailing. Being very adventurous, and active, she is not a stranger to injury. Natalie finds that the best way to keep aches and pains away is to keep up with Clinical Pilates and weightlifting!

Natalie’s vast experience with sport and personal experience with injuries, helps her understand movement and rehabilitative exercise deeply. It improves her diagnostic skills, empathy for clients and leads to better rehabilitation outcomes.
