Natalie Volkman
Natalie is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 15 years across public hospitals, aged care and private practice. She blends physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and education to deliver active, enjoyable recovery plans for people of all ages.
Beyond treating all general and sports physiotherapy conditions, Natalie has special interests in Women’s Health, exercise rehabilitation, and back, neck and knee conditions. Natalie’s own diverse sporting background fuels her passion for helping clients move confidently, stay strong, and return to the activities they love.
Essie Cummings
Essie is a passionate physiotherapist with more than 10 years of experience across mobile care and private practice, where she’s developed strong interests in sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and Women’s Health. With a deep sporting background, she supports Australia’s national men’s ice hockey team, the Mighty Roos, and has worked extensively with the Sydney Bears and Sydney Sirens.
Essie focuses on active recovery, education and tailored exercise programs, combining hands‑on treatment and dry needling to help clients reach their goals. Currently advancing her studies in Women’s Health and pelvic care, Essie brings expertise and genuine care to every client she works with.
Lynda Rigby
Lynda is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience across neurological, orthopaedic and private practice settings. She’s known for her holistic, evidence based approach, combining detailed assessment with personalised rehabilitation programs.
With a special interest in shoulder pain and hip conditions, Lynda continues to advance her skills through ongoing mentorship with leading clinicians.
With extensive experience across Clinical Pilates and gym rehab, Lynda supports adolescents to retirees with thoughtful, best practice care.
Dana Berkovits
Dana is an APA titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience supporting the Bayside community. With a Master’s in Manipulative Physiotherapy, she blends skilled manual therapy with personalised exercise programs to achieve strong, lasting outcomes.
Dana has advanced skills in managing neck related headaches, TMJ disorders and peri and post menopausal musculoskeletal conditions. She has also undertaken further training in strength and conditioning and strength training for bone and muscle health and is passionate about teaching clients how to strength train for healthy ageing.
Karen Shaw
Karen is an experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years working across Ireland, New Zealand and Australia. She has developed a diverse range of clinical interests over the years; from shoulder rehabilitation, hip pain management, and supporting hypermobility to clinical exercise, running analysis and physio bike fits.
Karen enjoys assisting clients to continue to participate in the sport, activity or movement that they love, while supporting their long term health and wellbeing. Karen tailors her treatment approach to your individual assessment findings and your goals; blending manual therapy with exercise rehabilitation and education.
