Colman is a physiotherapist who Graduated from the University of Limerick in Ireland. Colman  has a wealth of experience across various private practice and hospital settings, from time spent working in New Zealand and Australia. He has a keen passion for sport and exercise, and has worked with various sporting teams since graduating.

Colman is an advocate for patient education and empowerment to support self directed rehab and self improvement. His personal hobbies include sailing, hiking and Gaelic football. Colman has also completed post graduate training in spinal rehab from the McKenzie Institute of New Zealand and dry needling from the Physiotherapy Acupuncture Association of New Zealand.

Colman’s has experience using varied therapies such as clinical pilates, strengthening and conditioning, dry needling, exercise prescription and manual therapy.

Colman is highly experienced in treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, where his strengths include chronic tendon injuries and shoulder rehabilitation. He also has a keen interest in treating cervicogenic headaches and chronic conditions such as arthritis,  rheumatological disorders ( such as ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis), BPPV, and vestibular rehab.
