Women’s Health & Pelvic Health
Jess has extensive experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth

extends to treating chronic lower back and hip pain, often through restoring core
stability and functional movement.
Beyond the Clinic
Jess is passionate about helping people create sustainable, long-term change and
believes movement should be part of daily life. Outside the clinic, she is busy caring
for her young family, catching up with friends, and squeezing in her own Pilates
classes between her baby’s naps.
