Education and Experience
Graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2010, Natalie has over 15 years of experience, including more than 7 years working as a Head of Department. Natalie has worked in public hospitals, aged care, and private practice across Melbourne, Perth, Tasmania, and Malaysia.
Approach
Natalie focuses on active recovery, blending exercise, education, and hands on treatment. Her combined background in Physiotherapy and Pilates gives her a strong understanding of the body, allowing her to design effective and enjoyable management plans for people of all ages and abilities. Having spent over 7 years as a head of department previously, Natalie is an experienced and effective educator. She believes in sharing her knowledge with clients, so that they can optimise their health and avoid recurring issues in the future.

Natalie treats all typical musculoskeletal concerns and sports injuries. Beyond this, she has undertaken further training and has a special interest in the following areas:

Women’s Health
Natalie has spent many years working alongside Women’s Health Physiotherapists, gaining invaluable experience. Natalie is passionate about guiding women to optimise their strength and fitness for the whole journey; from pregnancy and preparing for birth, to recovery and caring for a new baby.
Natalie’s skills extend to restoring pelvic floor function after pregnancy and childbirth – a critical process in women’s health!
Clinical Pilates
Natalie developed advanced skills and a special interest in Clinical Pilates, while working with leading practitioners in Perth. She blends these skills and physiotherapy knowledge to tailor your exercise program to your unique needs and goals.
Leading an Active Lifestyle
Natalie is passionate about staying active. She loves playing volleyball, snowboarding in winter, and enjoys lifting weights, golf, darts, standup paddle boarding, salsa dancing, and sailing. With such an adventurous lifestyle, she’s no stranger to injury — and Natalie has found that regular Clinical Pilates and weightlifting are key to keeping aches and pains at bay.
Natalie’s sporting background and personal injury experience have further expanded her knowledge of injury diagnostics, movement and rehabilitation. Fueled by experience, Natalie will approach your individual situation with empathy and sensitivity, endeavoring to get you back to doing what you love in a sustainable way.
